Response:
U08 - will say okay, then try to figure out what a wall is
U10 - will try to run through the wall
U12 - will try to climb over the wall
U14 - will try to find an easy way around the wall, carping the whole time
U16 - will try to get one of their teammates to go instead
U19 - will ask why the HELL do they need to be on the other side, anyway

ALAN :  A good defensive player.  Alan turned the attackers into
defenders with his powerful kicks.   His goal tending skills helped  the
Hotshots stay in the games. Alan was The defensive player of the game in
game two.

AMARDEEP :  A full on out side forward.  Amardeep was almost unstoppable
down the right hand side.  His skill at handling the ball while running
down field at full speed made him a dangerous offensive threat.  A three
time Offensive Player of the Game and  selected for the All Star Team.

BRANDON :  Excellent in the mid field.  Brandon was tough for opponents
to get past, keeping the offence on the attack.  Great ball control and a
powerful kick made him a force on the field and a threat to score. Two
time game MVP and selected for the All Star Team.

DAVID : Awesome ball control and a good mind for the game.  David was
always able to find the open player and make the perfect pass.  His skill
at mid field set up the offense for many scoring drives. One time
Defensive Player of the game and two time Game MVP.

ETHAN :  A good solid defensive player.  Ethan was able to stop opponents
deep in our territory.  Ending many scoring threats with his outstanding
play. Ethan was the Defensive Player of the game for game seven.

EVAN :  Evan "The Wall",  stopped  offensive players in their tracks.
His powerful kick kept them away from our goal and enabled our offence to
remain on the attack. Evan was the Defensive Player of the game for game
four.

JAMIE :  A good all around player with superb ball handling skills.
Jamie kept the defense solid and the offence moving forward.  His ability
to get the ball past the defenders and to the open players created many
scoring drives. Jamie was the MVP of game two.

MATTHEW : " The Stopper."  A solid goalie. Matthew stopped many attempts
on goal with his excellent play.  His ability to send the ball way down
field with one kick kept the opponents on their heels. A two time
Defensive Player of the game.

MIKE : Fast, fast, fast.  Mike was everywhere, always in the right place
at the right time.  His speed, ball handling skills and powerful kick
made him a great defensive player as well as a constant scoring threat.
Game one Defensive Player of the game and game four MVP. Mike was also
selected for the All Star Team.

SCOTT : "Great Scott, he scored again!"  A great Offensive player.  Scott
was always ready to receive the pass and put the ball in the net.  His
ball control and accurate shooting ability made him the force behind the
Hotshots scoring machine. Four time Offensive Player of the game, game
seven MVP and selected for the All Star Team.

STEVEN :  One of the best!!!  Steven's excellent all around play kept the
Hotshots offense on the attack.  Always a threat to score or set up a
score with his awesome shooting and passing skills. Game one MVP and game
five Offensive Player of the game. Also selected for the All Star Team.

TYLER :  A hard working player.  Tyler was always there to stop the other
teams efforts to score.  A solid defender and hard working mid fielder,
his strong kicks kept the Hotshots in scoring position. Tyler was the
Defensive Player of the game for game six.
